We answer the phone during open hours. Emails and forms get a reply during open hours too, usually the same business day. If you are calling about a phone that just got wet, call right away and leave it switched off.

How do you find us?
We are on the south side of Chicago Ave, between Wolcott and Damen, in West Town at the edge of Ukrainian Village. We are in Suite 1F on the ground floor, so look for 1927 on the storefront.
- Bus. The 66 Chicago bus stops along Chicago Ave, and the 50 Damen runs a short walk west of us.
- Train. The nearest Blue Line stops are Division and Chicago, each about a mile away. From the Chicago stop, the 66 bus runs straight here.
- Car. Metered street parking runs along Chicago Ave, and side streets are worth a look. Check the signs before you leave the car.
- Bike. Lock up on the street out front. Bring the device in a padded bag if you can.
What should you bring?
- The device, and its charger if it's a laptop or has a charging fault.
- Your passcode, so we can test the repair.
- Your receipt, if you are coming back under warranty.
Back up first if the device still turns on, and take out your SIM and memory cards.
