Samsung screen replacement cost depends on which Galaxy you have, with Ultra and foldable screens at the top and A series phones lower. Nova Fix quotes Galaxy screens by phone for your exact model. If you have Samsung Care+ or carrier insurance, compare that deductible with a quote before you book.
Samsung makes phones at very different price points, and the screen follows. So one figure for a Galaxy screen would mislead you. A foldable, an Ultra and an A series phone are three different repairs. Here is what drives the number, so the quote you get makes sense.
Why flagship Galaxy screens cost more
The panel. Larger, brighter AMOLED panels cost more to make. That is the single biggest factor.
The frame. On many Galaxy models the replacement display comes fused to the mid frame, so you are paying for more than the glass. It also means the job involves moving the phone's internals into the new frame, not just swapping a screen.
The fingerprint sensor. On many models it sits under the display and may need setting up again afterward.
The design. Older edge models with curved glass are harder to remove without damage. Recent S series phones, including the S24 family, use flatter displays, so do not assume what you read about older curved phones applies to yours.
Foldables. A Z Fold or Z Flip has an inner folding display plus a cover screen, and they are different repairs. Tell us which one is damaged.
Prices by Galaxy model
Our public list does not show Galaxy screen prices yet, so we quote each one. Call (773) 741-6682 and you will have a number in a couple of minutes.
| Model | Screen replacement |
|---|---|
| Galaxy S24 Ultra | call for a price |
| Galaxy S24 and S24+ | call for a price |
| Galaxy S23 Ultra | call for a price |
| Galaxy S23 | call for a price |
| Galaxy S22 | call for a price |
| Galaxy A series | call for a price |
To find your exact model, open Settings, tap About phone, and note the model name. The exact model matters: if you are pricing a samsung s24 screen cost, an S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra are not the same part. See more on our Samsung repair page and our price list.
What is actually broken?
The galaxy screen repair cost you get depends on the damage, and the damage is not always what it looks like.
Cracked glass, normal picture. On a Galaxy, the glass and the AMOLED panel are bonded, so the usual repair is the full display.
Black patches or spreading ink. The panel is damaged. It often gets worse over days, so back up now.
A green or pink line. Almost always the panel. A restart will not clear it.
Black screen, phone still rings. The phone is on and the display has failed. Samsung's black screen steps are worth trying first, and they include a forced restart.
Samsung, your plan or a local shop
Samsung offers repair through its own service network, and you can see the options on Samsung's support page. We read that page on November 5, 2026. It starts a repair request by product and does not show one flat screen price, so you get Samsung's figure from Samsung by starting a request.
If you have Samsung Care+ or carrier insurance, check the deductible first. On a flagship it may be your best price. A display defect on a phone under warranty is Samsung's to fix too, so ask before you pay anyone.
Without coverage, you can walk in here and talk to the person doing the work, and you will know the price before we start. Parts carry our 90-day warranty, and labor may apply.
Is it worth repairing?
Compare your quote with what the same model sells for used, in working condition. A recent S or Ultra usually justifies a screen. An older A series phone may not, because a new budget phone can cost less than you think.
Check how long your phone will keep getting Android and security updates too. Samsung publishes that by model. If support ends soon, put the money toward the next phone.
If the screen is fine but the phone won't charge, read our Android charging guide. To come in, book a repair on Chicago Ave.
